The hybrid online program consists of taking classes online within a 2-3 week timeframe; laboratory training at our training facility and clinical in a healthcare setting. The laboratory training usually takes place on a designated date at our training facility. Clinical take place during the week and typically require two to three full days a week. The benefit of the hybrid online program is that it allows you to take the classroom portion of the training at your own pace within a 2-3 week timeframe. The content is also interactive and can be reviewed if you missed something. Once you have completed this course, you will have been taught all the skills and training that is needed for employment at a hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and/or home care settings.
